R3 Government Solutions LLC faces a race discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the agency announced Tuesday.
The company, a federal contractor that recruits and hires federal workers, allegedly violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by firing a Black female recruiter who opposed what she perceived to be R3’s restrictive practices, the EEOC said.
