Quickway Transportation Inc. must reopen a terminal in Louisville, Ky., that the company illegally shut down in 2020 after drivers there formed a union, the National Labor Relations Board ruled.
Quickway, an affiliate of the holding company Paladin Capital Inc., also committed other labor law violations, including threatening and interrogating workers in the lead up to the union election, the NLRB said in a 2-1 ruling Friday.
