Qualgen Hit With Gender Discrimination Suit by Former Sales VP

The former vice president of sales at Qualgen LLC sued the Oklahoma-based drug compounder Friday for gender discrimination and retaliation.

Nikki S. Good alleges Qualgen violated Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and state laws by firing her without explanation the day after replacing her with a male employee, according to a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

The plaintiff, who started working for the company in 2014, was allegedly fired in April 2024 for performance reasons despite receiving a positive performance review a couple months prior, the complaint said.
