Qualcomm Patent to Be Reviewed on Intel Challenges in U.S.

Intel has shown a “reasonable likelihood” of winning its arguments that a Qualcomm patent related to the loading of software from one processor to another is invalid, the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board said in decisions posted Monday to its electronic docket.
