The National Labor Relations Board has applied its new standard for employers changing workplace policies in a case against a Puerto Rico hospital.
The board found that Hospital Español Auxilio Mutuo de Puerto Rico, Inc. unlawfully changed overtime policies for its unionized registered nurses, utilizing its doctrine set in Endurance Environmental Solutions for the first time.
