The advocacy group that recently won a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that is expected to challenge the funding and membership of public employees’ unions is now turning its attention to unions in the private sector.
National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation attorneys asked the justices June 27 to reconsider a federal appeals court ruling that private workers can’t sue to challenge rules about when and how they can revoke their union membership and automatic dues deduction.
