Princeton University will pay at least $925,000 to settle U.S. Labor Department allegations that it discriminated against 106 female full-time professors by paying them less than similar male colleagues.
The Ivy League university underpaid the female professors between 2012 and 2014, the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs alleged in a conciliation agreement dated Sept. 30.
