Hocker’s nomination to serve as assistant secretary for disability employment policy was submitted to the Senate on Monday, according to the congressional record released Tuesday.
As head of ODEP, she will be tasked with doling out grant funding and policy guidance to increase the quality and number of work opportunities for people with disabilities.
