Susan Tsui Grundmann has been named chairman of the Federal Labor Relations Authority by President Joe Biden, the agency said Tuesday.
She replaces Ernest DuBester, who has had several stints as chair of the FLRA’s three-member decision-making panel, and most recently took the post in January 2021.
The FLRA manages labor relations between about 2.1 million federal employees and the US government.
Grundmann, who became a member of the FLRA in May 2022, has previously served as the executive director and chief operating officer of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights, according to FLRA.
