Prada Accused of Firing Manager Who Disclosed Kidney Disease

A former Prada stock manager sued the luxury retailer for disability discrimination and retaliation, alleging he was fired weeks after disclosing kidney disease and hypertension diagnoses.

Clinton Jolliffi claims Prada USA Corp. violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and New York law when it terminated his employment in April 2025, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
