Silicon Valley-based Power Integrations Inc. got a green light for most of its contract and trade secret claims against former employees based in the Philippines after a California federal court said it adequately alleges they improperly helped a competitor raid its engineers.
Power Integrations, which develops high voltage power conversion products, hired a team of engineers in the Philippines to design, build, and test power supplies, according to its suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
