The Christian ex-manager didn’t identify a similarly situated worker who kept their job after violating bank rules, the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said. Even if she had, the rules violation is a legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason for her firing, and she failed to show it was actually pretext for bias, the Monday opinion said.
