The NFL Players Association can seek to set aside a dismissal based on a settlement and waiver in the late player Reggie White’s lawsuit alleging that the National Football League teams colluded to enforce a secret player salary cap, reopening claims under the Sherman Act against the NFL and every team in the league, the Eighth Circuit decided June 20 (White v.
