Planned Parenthood of Illinois will pay $500,000 to bring an end to an EEOC investigation of charges that its diversity initiatives discriminated against White employees.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in announcing the agreement Thursday that it had cause to believe Planned Parenthood of Illinois’ diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings as well as “affinity caucuses” illegally segregated employees by race and led to harassment of White workers.
