About 14,000 workers at Pilot Flying J travel centers across the U.S. are now eligible for six weeks of paid parental leave under a new benefit, the company said.
The parental leave will be available to full- and part-time workers at the biggest truck stop owner in the country, and will be gender-neutral, according to the Nov. 7 announcement. To be eligible for the benefits, workers will have to have at least a year of service and have worked at least 1,250 hours in the past 12 months.
