Pfizer Inc.‘s fellowship program aimed at building a diverse workforce has survived a legal challenge after a federal appeals court ruled that the organization that brought the suit lacked standing to do so.

The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday ruled that Do No Harm, an advocacy group of health-care professionals, students, and policy makers who said the program is discriminatory, failed to identify any individual members who allegedly were harmed by the policy.
