P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. agreed to pay $2.65 million to settle a lawsuit alleging it unlawfully failed to pay employees minimum wage and overtime compensation and deprived them of tips and other payments.
The agreement follows a $6.5 million settlement the restaurant chain reached in May with a class of about 17,000 workers who brought wage claims in California. It also comes as workers filed two class actions seeking unpaid wages from P.F. Chang’s earlier this year in Maryland and Arkansas.
