The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs alleged that PFG disproportionately hired male applicants over female applicants and white candidates over black candidates, a settlement released Oct. 2 indicates.
“PFG fully cooperated with the investigation. We remain committed to attracting and engaging a diverse workforce,” PFG spokeswoman Trisha Meade told Bloomberg Law in an email.
