Pentagon Will Require Contractors to Have Covid-19 Vaccinations

The Pentagon will start requiring contractors to be vaccinated against the coronavirus in solicitations, contract awards, and orders issued by Oct.15.

The memo, issued Friday, is designed to help carry out President Joe Biden’s executive order last month to ensure that federal contractors abide by Covid-19 safeguards in their workplaces. The Biden administration wants to get more people vaccinated.
