Pennsylvania Ski Resort Settles Minors’ Sexual Harassment Suit

CMBK Resort Operations LLC reached an agreement ending a suit alleging it had fired two teen employees at its Pennsylvania ski resort for reporting sexual harassment.

A teen food service worker at the resort alleged a male employee who often worked the same shift as her repeatedly touched her inappropriately and “made sexual comments and advances toward her.” The teen claimed she and her younger brother, who also worked at the resort, were fired in retaliation for reporting the harassment.
