PBGC Beats Assistant General Counsel’s Bias Suit Over Deputy Job

An Asian American female Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. lawyer lacks evidence of discrimination in the agency’s decision to pick a White man over her for a deputy general counsel position, a DC federal court ruled.
