Parker-Migliorini Unable to Block Whistleblower’s Reinstatement

Parker-Migliorini International LLC failed in its bid to amend a ruling in a False Claims Act case requiring reinstatement of an employee fired for telling the government that the company made misrepresentations about the countries to which it shipped beef.

The company must reinstate whistleblower Brandon Barrick by June 23 to a position with the same seniority status that he would have had but for his unlawful termination, Judge Jill N.
