Papa John’s Wins Arbitration of Delivery Driver’s Pay Claims

A Papa John’s delivery driver must arbitrate claims that the pizza maker reimbursed drivers’ mileage at rates below those allowed by federal law and failed to pay them the legally required minimum wage.

The US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky dismissed the suit and granted Papa John’s USA Inc.'s motion to compel Andrew Bazemore to resolve his federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Kentucky wage law claims out of court.
