A Papa John’s franchisee defeated part of a former pizza delivery driver’s sexual harassment lawsuit and convinced a federal judge to send the rest of his claims to arbitration.
The worker didn’t provide enough facts to support his claim that PJ Cheese Inc. and PJ United Inc., which operate multiple Papa John’s stores, subjected him to a sexually hostile work environment, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia said.
