The pandemic’s impact on the workplace continues to be felt in the form of plentiful work-from-home options and soaring employee requests for mental health-related accommodations, a survey of employers shows.
More than 80% of companies surveyed said they use some type of remote work arrangement in 2024, nearly the exact same share of employers as last year, according to a report from Littler Mendelson PC released Wednesday.
