Owners of a North Dakota Applebee’s To Pay $1 Million to Settle EEOC Lawsuit

ST. PAUL, Minn.—A federal district court in Bismarck, N.D., Sept. 1 approved a settlement that will require the owners of a south Bismarck Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar to pay $1 million to 17 former workers who had claimed they were subject to sexual harassment and retaliation when they worked there (EEOC v. Apple Core Enters. Inc.).
