Raghav Krishnapriyan joins Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as part of the intellectual property litigation practice in San Francisco, the firm said Tuesday.
Krishnapriyan, who joins from Morrison & Foerster, has experience with intellectual property related matters, including pharmaceutical patent cases, founder disputes, privacy class actions, and cases involving organic chemistry, computer software, and video games, according to Orrick.
He clerked for Judge Jane Kelly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Orrick said.
