A female former Oracle America Inc. employee who contributed to an internal “Metaverse” project can proceed with allegations of sex and disability discrimination against the tech giant, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled as he found a lack of evidence for her retaliation, hostile work environment, and emotional distress claims.
