A former Old Navy general manager has lodged accusations of sexual orientation discrimination and gender stereotyping against the company and its parent, The Gap Inc.

Felix Rivera was working as a district loyalty expert at a high-volume Holyoke, Mass., Old Navy store during the course of the alleged discrimination, according to his complaint filed Jan. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
