Office Depot, Store Manager Settle Age, Disability Bias Lawsuit

Office Depot Inc. and a former long-time store manager who claimed he was terminated because he was age 60 and took repeated medical leave for complications from his prior throat cancer agreed to resolve his lawsuit, Colorado federal court records show.

David Minner and the office supplies chain told the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado Monday they had reached a settlement and asked that the suit be stayed for 30 days to allow them to finalize it.
