OFCCP to Focus on Veterans/Disabilities Rules, ‘Rigorous’ Pay Data Analyses

One of the main goals of the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in 2014 is to support federal contractors and subcontractors in their efforts to comply with new regulations that update their affirmative action and equal opportunity obligations toward individuals with disabilities and certain protected veterans, OFCCP Director Patricia A.
