President Obama will nominate Keith Kelly, a commissioner of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, to be assistant secretary of labor for Veterans Employment and Training, the White House announced Sept. 19.
Kelly has worked in his position at Montana’s DLI since 2005 and previously served as the administrator for DLI’s unemployment insurance division from 2002 to 2004. He was the president of Kelly and Associates from 2001 to 2002.
