NYU Langone Hospitals and three of its employees settled a Jewish pulmonary technologist’s claims that he was denied a job accommodation for his Sabbath, New York federal court records show.
David Strusman’s attorneys told the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that the sides reached an agreement “in principle.” They asked for 30 days to finalize and execute the agreement and that the court adjourn all pending conferences and other deadlines.
