NY’s Trump Village to Negotiate With Teamsters in Settlement

A New York apartment complex founded by Fred Trump agreed to bargain with its employees as part of a settlement agreement with the workers’ union.

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters filed unfair labor practice charges in 2021 against Trump Village Section 4 Inc.—which was built in Coney Island by the father of former President Donald Trump—alleging that the building’s management illegally refused to bargain with the union and unilaterally changed policies without negotiating.
