Northrop Grumman Worker Sues Alleging LGBTQ+, Family Leave Bias

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. discriminated against a supply-chain manager because she’s a woman and identifies as LGBTQ+, a federal lawsuit filed in Florida charges.

The space, aeronautics, defense, and cyberspace company also interfered with Danielle Albright’s rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act and fired her because she complained about bias and took leave to care for her sick mother, the suit filed Thursday with the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said.
