Northrop Grumman Manager’s Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Advances

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. lost its bid to escape a lawsuit from a former manager who says she faced sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, but the amount of damages the plaintiff can potentially recover will be capped, a federal court in Kansas said.

The manager led a team carrying out war games for the U.S. military. She alleges that her supervisor continually subjected her to unwanted touching, despite being asked multiple times to stop.
