Democratic leaders will seek votes Friday on a bipartisan infrastructure bill and the $1.75 trillion tax and spending bill, according to a senior Democratic aide familiar with the plans.
- The House Rules Committee is expected to meet tonight; House vote on the rule would also come tomorrow
