No Early End to Labor Suit Over Boston Bruins Fan Fest

Sports production company Martin Sports & Entertainment LLC Tuesday failed to shake off claims it breached a contract with a local union to provide workers for the 2019 Boston Bruins’ Fan Fest.

Martin Sports’ motion for summary judgment fails because there are disputed facts about whether the contract was a one-time agreement, terminable at will, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts said.
