NLRB Top Attorney Gets Retry at Workplace Rules Case, Board Says

A National Labor Relations Board judge will have to reconsider several allegations that a housing management company maintained unlawful workplace policies after the board ruled she didn’t fully consider the agency’s attorneys during proceedings.

The board held in a ruling Wednesday that Administrative Law Judge Lisa Ross failed to examine arguments by NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo in a case against Pro Residential Services.

The case stems from allegations that Pro Residential, a housing management company in Tuscon, Ariz., maintained over a dozen workplace rules that violate the National Labor Relations Act.
