NLRB Says It Will Again Consider Venetian Casino Resort’s Call to Police

The National Labor Relations Board decided Aug. 27 to reconsider an allegation that the Venetian Casino Resort in Las Vegas violated federal labor law in 1999 when the employer contacted local police to report that a union business agent was trespassing on company property during a peaceful demonstration (Venetian Casino Resort LLC).
