NLRB Reopens ‘Micro Unit’ Case Years After Union Election Win

A chemical company will get a shot at ejecting a union representing workers at an Ohio facility in light of the National Labor Relations Board’s Dec. 11 decision reopening a case that had been closed for more than two years.
