The company that formerly ran a Southern California newspaper must pay the National Labor Relations Board $224,000 in legal fees for litigating a contempt action against the company, a federal appeals court held.
The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Wednesday approved the fee amount charged to Ampersand Publishing LLC in connection with its failure to comply with the court’s judgment from 2017.
