NLRB Names Godoy as a Division Deputy Assistant General Counsel

Pablo Godoy has been named the deputy assistant general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board’s operations-management division, according to the agency Thursday.

Godoy previously served as the acting deputy director of operational management in the Justice Department’s Office of the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights. He has also been a senior trial attorney in the Immigrant and Employee Rights Section of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, the NLRB said.
