The National Labor Relations Board Nov. 17 announced the appointment of five lawyers as agency administrative law judges. All five, who are currently serving as ALJs for the Social Security Administration, will replace judges who are retiring from NLRB service at the end of the calendar year.
Jeffrey Gardner and Benjamin Green will be assigned to the New York office of NLRB’s Division of Judges, while Andrew Gollin, Kimberly Sorg-Graves and Elizabeth Tafe will be assigned to the division’s Washington office.
