NLRB Career Attorney Promoted to Manage Regional Offices

National Labor Relations Board career attorney Joan Sullivan was tapped to serve as an associate general counsel managing the board’s 26 regional offices, NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo announced.

Sullivan, who has been at the NLRB since 1991, will work in the Division of Operations-Management at the general counsel’s office, providing “operational support for the national enforcement and administration” of the National Labor Relations Act.

“In her new role, she will ensure that our Regional offices run effectively and efficiently and provide valuable engagement with the public,” Abruzzo said in a statement on the appointment Tuesday.
