The National Labor Relations Board has named long-time agency attorney David Gaston to oversee the NLRB’s use of artificial intelligence.
As the board’s first chief AI officer, Gaston will ensure the agency complies with President Joe Biden’s 2023 executive order governing federal use of the rapidly evolving technology, according to an NLRB statement Thursday.
