Nissan Dealer Told Women to ‘Show More, Sell More,” EEOC Says

South Austin Nissan, a Texas dealership operated by NICPA Central Auto Group LLC, allegedly subjected female employees to sexual harassment and retaliated against people who complained, the EEOC said on Wednesday.

Three managers at the dealership regularly touched or attempted to touch female employees, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleged in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.

The managers also made sexual comments about female employees’ physical appearance and their personal relationships, as well as discussed “vulgar sexual encounters,” the agency said.
