Federal prosecution of alleged visa fraud by executives of a semiconductor chip design company can move forward, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.
The CEO and human resource manager at PerfectVIPs Inc. were accused of submitting petitions for H-1B specialty occupation visas that falsely stated that foreign workers would be employed on site when they were actually contracted out to other firms.
