Ninth Circuit Halts Order to Restore Federal Union Contracts (1)

A federal appeals court paused a lower court order that restored collective bargaining rights for government workers in nearly two dozen agencies, while the Trump administration pursues an appeal.

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s grant of an emergency stay means that, for now, the government can continue enforcing an executive order curtailing union contracts for federal workers.
