The EEOC is urging a Missouri federal judge to compel Nike Inc. to provide information concerning the agency’s investigation into alleged discrimination against white workers.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on Wednesday that Nike has failed to fully comply with its administrative requests. Republican EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas launched a commissioner’s charge against Nike in May 2024 to investigate its diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
